I was on a Belgium Goverment in early 1970s and i and my family (late wife and daughter) reallyy enjoyed our 2+ years stay in Belgiun. We flew to Brussls on a Sabena Airlines (which after acuistions had rphe to Brussles Airlines. We were given an apartment in the Uiversity of Ghent married studnts hostel - Home Vermaelen. Withib very near walking distancewas the U. Gent student canteen. we would be give voucherseveryday to eat at the canteen O memores - the smell of the food is wonderrful n makres wabntt to go to a Belgium restaurant toeat again th friters wu=ith mayoniese. if only i can buy the flight tickets to Belgium to eat real authethentic
